Job Summary

Driving solutions to operational challenges, the full-time remote Provider Success Associate will manage provider escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead problem definition, error remediation, and root cause solution development
• Utilize data to inform business decisions and impact cross-functional strategy
• Support team members through knowledge sharing and process documentation

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, or consulting within healthcare
• 3+ years of experience in developing project plans with stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows
• Experience managing complex business challenges and communicating effectively with diverse audiences
• Healthcare experience
