Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support international providers in onboarding and using systems and processes
  • Manage incoming global provider support questions and requests
  • Analyze and troubleshoot process and technical issues submitted by providers
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or queue-based support role
  • Experience working with Zendesk or a similar customer service platform is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of provider support needs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
