Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Success Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support international providers in onboarding and using systems and processes
- Manage incoming global provider support questions and requests
- Analyze and troubleshoot process and technical issues submitted by providers
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or queue-based support role
- Experience working with Zendesk or a similar customer service platform is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of provider support needs
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
