Job Summary

Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the part-time Provider Success Coordinator will manage a portfolio of providers, supporting their growth activities, administrative needs, and executing marketing strategies remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, building trusted relationships and tracking their progress toward growth targets
  • Manage the setup, review, and launch of digital assets such as Google Business profiles and email marketing campaigns
  • Conduct outreach to prospective referral partners to strengthen providers' local referral networks and support marketing asset development
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple providers and workstreams simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Experience with SmartLead or similar email marketing/outreach platforms
  • Familiarity with managing Google Business profiles and prior experience in a healthcare or therapy context is a plus
