Job Summary
Motivated and customer-focused, the full-time remote Provider Success Liaison II will manage provider engagement initiatives, analyze performance data, and support product adoption to enhance client outcomes in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to drive provider engagement aligned with client goals and KPIs
- Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for improving provider engagement
- Gather and document provider feedback to inform product and process enhancements
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or healthcare technology
- Foundational understanding of healthcare or provider workflows
- Prior experience in account management or client support
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and health insurance operations
