Job Summary

A healthcare company is looking for a Provider Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of Customer Success professionals responsible for building relationships with therapists
  • Analyze data to optimize team effectiveness and support professional development
  • Elevate the voice of the customer internally by identifying patterns in feedback and handling therapist escalations
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience managing Customer Success teams
  • Experience analyzing data in Salesforce and coaching teams on SFDC usage
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with Customer Success tools
  • Preferred: Experience leading teams in high-growth startups
