Job Summary
A healthcare company is looking for a Provider Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Customer Success professionals responsible for building relationships with therapists
- Analyze data to optimize team effectiveness and support professional development
- Elevate the voice of the customer internally by identifying patterns in feedback and handling therapist escalations
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing Customer Success teams
- Experience analyzing data in Salesforce and coaching teams on SFDC usage
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
- Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with Customer Success tools
- Preferred: Experience leading teams in high-growth startups
