Job Summary
To support provider engagement, the remote Provider Incentives Advocate will manage compensation inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure adherence to internal guidelines while handling a high volume of support tickets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle provider compensation inquiries through ticket-based workflows, completing upwards of 600 tickets per week
- Research and resolve issues related to missed session payments, rate questions, and bonus eligibility
- Communicate bonus approval or denial decisions clearly and maintain up-to-date knowledge of incentive guidelines
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in therapist or provider support, customer success, operations, or a similar role
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain policies clearly and empathetically
- Demonstrated analytical skills to investigate discrepancies and apply policy consistently
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) preferred
