Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for interactions by understanding business partners' integrations and configurations
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat while following standard operating procedures
- Analyze information to provide solutions and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Related practice experience and/or customer service experience
- Weekend availability required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in a B2B environment is preferred
