Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for interactions by understanding business partners' integrations and configurations
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat while following standard operating procedures
  • Analyze information to provide solutions and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Related practice experience and/or customer service experience
  • Weekend availability required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a B2B environment is preferred
