Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Support Line Specialist to handle calls from providers and assist with various inquiries related to network enrollment and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coverage of the Provider Network Helpdesk phone and assist providers with credentialing, EHR navigation, and troubleshooting
  • Respond to provider inquiries regarding claims, authorization requests, and maintain departmental resources
  • Document work and report trends in provider communications to the Supervisor
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with three years of office experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of computerized record-keeping techniques and experience with records maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and maintain effective working relationships
