Provider Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter new providers into the claims processing system and maintain provider records
• Verify provider information and follow up on W-9 requests
• Respond to provider inquiries and perform tasks in accordance with HIPAA/PHI guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in the medical field is preferred
• Prior TPA experience is preferred
