Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls in a fast-paced call center
- Contact providers via outbound phone calls, faxes, and emails
- Evaluate information and answer provider questions related to credentialing
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with computers and G-Suite/Google Workspace
- Experience with credentialing or healthcare operations
- Knowledge of HIPAA, NCQA, or URAC is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
