Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Take inbound calls in a fast-paced call center
Contact providers via outbound phone calls, faxes, and emails
Evaluate information and answer provider questions related to credentialing

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency with computers and G-Suite/Google Workspace
Experience with credentialing or healthcare operations
Knowledge of HIPAA, NCQA, or URAC is a plus
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent
