Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with Portfolio Management
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline while analyzing sourcing campaign success
• Engage with candidates through proactive outreach and represent the company at career events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or three years of professional recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS programs and social media advertising
• Proficiency in data analysis and writing effective job advertisements
• Intermediate knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
• Prior healthcare recruiting experience with a focus on provider sourcing is strongly preferred
