Provisioning Analyst
Job Summary
Managing the full lifecycle of network service implementations, the full-time remote Provisioning Analyst will ensure accurate ordering, tracking, and completion of Cross Connect, Voice, and Data services while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place and manage orders for network services with global carriers and vendors
- Track and validate carrier progress for installations and changes, ensuring data integrity
- Perform quality checks on order details and escalate issues to ensure timely resolutions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ordering or implementing voice services
- Experience in a telecommunications, network provisioning, or service delivery environment
- Basic understanding of cabling and fiber infrastructure
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, particularly with spreadsheets
- Familiarity with provisioning workflows used by global carriers
