Provisioning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provisioning Specialist to manage the end-to-end provisioning process for services and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, configuration, and deployment of services, equipment, or user access
• Ensure service orders are processed accurately and efficiently in compliance with standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with user settings, preferences, and common productivity tools
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Background in contact center operations or BPO experience is a plus
• Project management experience or skills are advantageous
