Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time PSA Support Coordinator will review data for accuracy in the firm's PSA software, adjust hours worked, and generate reports as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Reviews data entered within PSA software for accuracy and completeness
  • Generates reports upon request and resolves inaccuracies in records of hours worked
  • Updates client and billing contact information and troubleshoots minor issues
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • One year of clerical or administrative work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Knowledge of payroll software
