Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time PSA Support Coordinator will review data for accuracy in the firm's PSA software, adjust hours worked, and generate reports as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews data entered within PSA software for accuracy and completeness
- Generates reports upon request and resolves inaccuracies in records of hours worked
- Updates client and billing contact information and troubleshoots minor issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One year of clerical or administrative work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Knowledge of payroll software
