Job Summary
A Government agency is looking for a PSC Contracts Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with solicitation, negotiation, termination, and post-award administration of contracts
- Prepare contract files and electronic documents for review
- Ensure compliance with government and agency regulations and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS with 8 years of relevant experience; or MS/MA/MB with 6 years of relevant experience; or JD/ABD with 10 years of relevant experience; or less than a BA/BS with 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in government contracting
- Demonstrated understanding of applicable laws, rules, regulations and procedures governing contracting operations
- Superior computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn new software and databases
- Ability to maintain a minimum of a Facility Access Clearance or Secret Security Clearance
