A company is looking for a Psych Benefit/Authorizations Supervisor to manage the benefit authorization team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Psych Benefit/Authorization and Coding department
• Manage team schedules, PTO, and payroll
• Verify psych benefits and obtain necessary authorizations from insurance providers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of leadership experience
• 2 years of experience in psych authorization
• Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
