Psych Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psych Intake Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to client communications, schedule intake appointments, and review new referrals
• Establish and foster relationships with pediatric groups to create a pipeline of referrals
• Adhere to federal HIPAA regulations and company policies & procedures

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of medical office experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Gmail products
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual preferred but not required
