Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will conduct patient intakes and follow-up consultations for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, prescribe medications, and collaborate with psychotherapists to enhance patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations to evaluate eligibility for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and monitor outcomes via telemedicine
- Suggest treatment plan modifications based on patient responses and collaborate with psychotherapists for integrated care
- Provide feedback on care management systems to improve service delivery and report directly to the Lead Clinician
Required qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in one or more states
- DEA registration and comfort with prescribing controlled substances for anxiety and depression
- Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information for effective clinical recommendations
- Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and a patient-first mindset
- Experience working in a remote, fast-paced telehealth environment
