Psychiatrist Medical Monitor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Medical Monitor, Psychiatrist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical and safety aspects of clinical trials, ensuring participant wellbeing and data integrity
• Provide 24/7 medical consultancy support and participate in safety review meetings
• Review Serious Adverse Events and collaborate with site staff to finalize reports and narratives

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree in Psychiatry (MD, DO or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience as a medical monitor or similar role
• Clinical knowledge of therapeutic patient populations and drug classes
• Experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug medical dictionaries
• Broad knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
