Psychiatry Medical Director

Job Summary

To provide high-level clinical quality oversight and guidance, the part-time Psychiatry Medical Director will focus on protocol review, compliance, and organizational leadership in a non-patient-facing, fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in leadership meetings to address program quality and clinical issues
• Review and approve clinical policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Consult on behavioral health program development and support interdisciplinary collaboration

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with residency training in Psychiatry
• Board Certification in Psychiatry preferred
• Active, unrestricted medical license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health management and clinical governance
• Prior experience in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred
