Psychiatry Sales Director Central

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatry Executive Sales Director for Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and lead a high-performing field sales organization
• Provide strategic direction to sales team and drive customer-centric sales force
• Identify opportunities, maximize business results, and ensure cross-functional alignment

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree with 17+ years of progressive leadership experience in specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales management
• MBA preferred with 15+ years of related experience, or PhD preferred with 12+ years of related experience
• Experience in building and leading a pharmaceutical sales force in psychiatry or neurology
• Thorough understanding of industry standards, specialty product distribution, and market access fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to influence, lead others, and work with a team to meet organizational goals
