Psychiatry Specialty Representative

Job Summary

To maximize sales performance and build strong customer relationships, the full-time Psychiatry Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage assigned territories, and deliver on financial and marketing objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and manage territory to meet sales performance and financial targets
• Develop and implement call plans to optimize customer engagement and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and identify disease state experts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• At least five years of relevant experience, with three or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
• Proven track record of leadership success and strong business acumen
• Experience in sales performance within therapeutic areas is preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
