Job Summary

To maximize sales performance in the Psychiatry sector, the full-time remote Psychiatry Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage assigned territories, and build strong customer relationships while adhering to industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and manage sales performance to meet financial targets and marketing objectives
• Develop and implement call plans to optimize coverage and frequency to key customers
• Continuously gather market intelligence and share insights with teams to enhance brand strategy execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three years in the pharmaceutical or health sciences sector preferred
• In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge recognized by stakeholders
• Proven track record of success in sales performance within therapeutic areas
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
