Psychiatry Specialty Representative

Job Summary

To maximize sales performance, the full-time Psychiatry Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage assigned territories, and build strong customer relationships while working remotely from Tallahassee, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets
• Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales outcomes
• Develop and implement call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive landscapes
• Proven ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior and market dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
