Psychiatry Specialty Representative

Job Summary

To maximize sales performance in the psychiatric sector, the full-time Psychiatry Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage customer relationships, and develop call plans while working remotely from Morristown, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets
• Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to address needs and maximize brand performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute
• At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector preferred
• In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge, recognized as an expert resource by stakeholders
• Proven ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior and market dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
