Psychiatry Specialty Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Psychiatry Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage sales performance, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities within their assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets
• Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; relevant industry experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three or more years in the pharmaceutical or health sciences industry preferred
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive landscapes
• Proven track record of success in sales and effective presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
