Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire licensed psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners
• Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance on interview best practices and support equitable hiring decisions
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the company's values and strengthens the employment brand

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting for medical professionals
• High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
• Experience recruiting in a multi-state environment preferred
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
