Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychology Expert AI Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train AI models in psychology by crafting and answering questions related to the field
• Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems
• Assess the factual accuracy and relevance of text produced by AI models in the context of psychology

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in psychology, counseling, or a related field. Masters or Ph.D preferred
• Proven experience in counseling or therapy, preferably with expertise in a specific area of psychology
• Strong knowledge of counseling methodologies, mental health, and psychological support techniques
• Passion for self-help, personal growth, and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives
• Professional writing experience or knowledge in Health and Wellness subfields is a plus
