Psychology Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor Pool for the 2025/2026 academic year, including positions for Psychology Instructor, Senior Instructor I, and Senior Instructor II (Ecampus).

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and possibly graduate courses in psychology
• Provide mentoring and support to students in an online learning environment
• Contribute to the department's service goals, promoting equity and inclusion

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Psychology or a closely related field for Instructor rank
• Evidence of effective teaching at the college or university level
• Ability to effectively use technology in teaching, including online tools
• For Senior Instructor I rank, at least 4 years of exceptional teaching experience
• For Senior Instructor II rank, at least 8 years of sustained achievement in college teaching
