Job Summary

A company is looking for Subject Matter Experts in Psychology for Organizational Sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on and develop curricula for a Bachelor of Science program in Psychology for Organizational Sustainability
• Collaborate with staff to create learner-focused materials for program recruitment and marketing
• Work closely with an academic dean to establish program-level learning outcomes and course descriptions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in organizational psychology, human resource management, or a related field
• Significant professional experience applying psychology principles to organizational and employee management
• Broad understanding of organizational psychology and current best practices
• Familiarity with skills and content knowledge for career advancement in organizational psychology
• Experience with online teaching and/or distance learners is desirable
