Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Psychometric Analyst will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team, focusing on item calibration, quality control reporting, and ad hoc data analyses.
Key responsibilities
- Perform item calibration and analysis procedures, preparing reports for Psychometric review
- Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to the release of exam scores
- Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects and assist with systems enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related experience
- Knowledge and application of statistical concepts
- Intermediate SAS programming skills
- Experience with data workflow management and database management preferred
