Psychometric Consultant

Job Summary

To support professional licensure and certification programs, the contract Psychometric Consultant will provide psychometric expertise for exam development, validation, and quality assurance activities in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychometric guidance for the development, validation, and maintenance of examinations
• Conduct item analysis, test analysis, and performance reporting to evaluate examination reliability and validity
• Prepare technical reports and psychometric documentation for clients and regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of professional psychometric experience in credentialing or educational testing
• Demonstrated experience in examination blueprint development and standard-setting studies
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a consulting capacity
