Psychometric Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support educational technology products, the remote full-time Psychometric Data Analyst II will extract and analyze data from various databases, validate assessment logic, and communicate findings through reports and visualizations.

Key responsibilities

• Extract data from SQL and NoSQL systems to support psychometric analyses and operational reporting
• Analyze data related to item and test content using statistical and psychometric methods
• Design and implement research studies and communicate analytical findings to diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in analysis and testing plans, or equivalent education and experience
• Extensive database management experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SAS, R, and Python
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and cross-functionally
