Psychometric Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Psychometric Data Analyst will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team, focusing on item calibration, quality control reporting, and ad hoc data analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Perform item calibration and analysis procedures, preparing reports for Psychometric review
• Prepare quality control and trend analysis reports prior to the release of exam scores
• Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects and assist in testing system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related experience
• Knowledge and application of statistical concepts
• Intermediate SAS programming skills
• Experience with data workflow management and database management preferred
