Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychometrician in the United States for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead psychometrician on assigned research projects
• Conduct psychometric analysis and quality assurance for projects
• Provide psychometric training to content test development staff

Required Qualifications:

• PhD or ABD in psychometrics or related field
• Experience in item response theory, statistical analysis, and programming
• At least one year of experience in psychometrics/measurement and evaluation
• Knowledge of psychological or educational assessments and test development process
• Experience with statistical software packages and programming languages
