A company is looking for a Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of specialized assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop computer-adaptive tests for K-12 education, including screening and diagnostic assessments
• Conduct analyses of test data, including item calibration and quality assurance
• Collaborate with content experts to create and curate item pools

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Education Measurement, Psychometrics, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in test development and validation studies
• Fluency in computer/statistical programming (e.g., R, Python, SQL)
• Familiarity with K-12 education is a plus
• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies is a plus
