Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychometrician.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate reliability, validity, and fairness of assessments
Conduct validity studies, stay current on advancements in psychometric methods, and contribute to scholarly publications
Prepare technical reports, ensure quality assurance, and provide training on psychometric principles

Required Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, or related field
3+ years of experience in psychometrics or educational measurement
Experience with item response theory (IRT), classical test theory (CTT), and statistical software
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Stata)
Passion for education and drive to improve assessment materials and experiences
