Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time PSYPACT Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults remotely, focusing on personalized treatment plans and clinical assessments while benefiting from a supportive administrative framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, committing to at least 15 hours per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed

Required qualifications

• PSYPACT authorization (APIT) to practice across participating states
• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
• Ability to support the team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
