Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time PSYPACT Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a fully remote setting, focusing on clinical assessments, personalized treatment plans, and compassionate support through life transitions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, conducting clinical assessments and intake evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, supported by AI-powered tools
Required qualifications
- PSYPACT authorization (APIT) to practice across participating states
- Degree in Clinical Psychology: Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
- Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
- Ability to support the team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
