Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Associate (Part-time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain sensitive customer information securely and responsibly
• Utilize resources to provide accurate answers to customer inquiries in clear language
• Interact with customers using video communication software and document interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required
• Ability to obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Must have an internet connection that meets security criteria
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days
