Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes and policies for the transfer and buyout of Third Party Owned (TPO) systems
  • Manage relationships with servicing partners and coordinate across the organization for servicing and operational priorities
  • Execute customer transfer and buyout requests, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience in solar finance or contract transfers and assumptions
