Public Affairs Executive Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Public Affairs Lead, Cell Therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team managing public affairs needs, including communications and advocacy for products and pipeline
• Lead the development and execution of external engagement plans with patient advocacy organizations and media
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on stakeholder engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

• PhD degree with 14+ years of experience in public affairs or corporate communications, or MA/MS with 14+ years, or BS/BA with 16+ years
• Minimum of 15 years of healthcare public affairs leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech
• Demonstrated experience in driving internal and external communications plans
• Expertise in media relations and issues management
• Prior experience in cell therapy or biologics communications, advocacy, or government affairs
