Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Affairs Manager for the Southern California region.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with external stakeholders, including local elected officials and community leaders, to enhance public safety
• Represent the company at city council meetings and build credibility with various stakeholder audiences
• Develop partnerships and elevate the voices of customers to advance strategic policy objectives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the tech industry preferred
• Direct experience engaging with public affairs audiences at the local executive level
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work long hours as needed
• Public policy, business, or relevant degree/experience
• Preexisting network of relationships in the region is a strong plus
