Leading cross-functional execution of public funding initiatives, the full-time remote Public Funding Program Lead will manage project plans, build relationships across teams, and drive efficiency through automation while ensuring alignment with the needs of ESA families.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of public funding and ESA initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and clear project ownership
• Act as the internal expert on ESA families, integrating their needs into product and marketing strategies
• Drive AI-enabled efficiencies by identifying and developing automations to streamline workflows and scale operations

Required qualifications

• Proven project or program management experience with cross-functional initiatives
• Strong operational and process orientation with a track record of improving workflows
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and act as a trusted partner across various teams
• Familiarity with the ESA, public funding, and homeschooling landscape
• Experience utilizing AI tools for operational efficiency
