Public Health Administrator

Job Summary

To support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) program, the full-time remote Public Health Administrator will review and evaluate applications and State Plans, ensuring compliance with Federal requirements while providing recommendations for quality improvement initiatives benefiting nursing home residents and older adults.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate applications and State Plans for completeness and compliance with CMS requirements
• Analyze quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing resident care and quality of life
• Collaborate with CMS staff and State agencies throughout the review and evaluation process

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in public health, healthcare quality improvement, or program evaluation
• Experience analyzing policies, regulations, or program requirements
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
