Public Health Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Public Health Analyst, the candidate will manage and analyze quantitative epidemiological data using SAS, support dissemination of findings to stakeholders, and develop data management processes while ideally being located near Atlanta.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and interpretation of data in SAS, generating reports and outputs as required
• Develop and manage SAS programs for data validation, quality assurance, and reporting
• Support the dissemination of data findings and create presentation materials for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, public health, statistics, or related field with 6 years of experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience, or a PhD
• 2-3 years of experience generating SAS-based reports and manipulating datasets
• Demonstrated ability to conduct descriptive and inferential analyses, including regression modeling
• Experience maintaining datasets and analytic documentation
• Ability to create tables, figures, and summaries for reports
