Public Health Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Public Health Analyst, the candidate will manage and analyze quantitative epidemiological data using SAS, generate surveillance reports, and support data dissemination to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and interpretation of data in SAS, including generating reports and summary outputs
• Enter variable definitions for survey questionnaires and manage data quality through validation and error correction
• Develop presentation graphics and assist in the dissemination of findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, public health, statistics, or related field with 6 years of experience, or a master's degree with 2 years or a PhD
• 2-3 years of experience generating SAS-based reports and manipulating datasets
• Experience conducting descriptive and basic inferential analyses, including regression modeling
• Ability to manage and validate datasets, ensuring data quality and completeness
• Experience working with qualitative data and creating analytic documentation
