Public Health Analyst I
Job Summary
Providing mid- to senior-level data management support, the full-time Public Health Analyst I will manage help desk activities for the Vaccine Surveillance Branch, assisting users with digital credentials and facility enrollment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 help desk support for an average of 200 email tickets daily, including technical assistance and triaging to subject matter experts
- Create and maintain user support documentation for both internal teams and external NHSN users
- Participate in CDC response activities and training exercises, supporting the mission of the DHQP Team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, or research
- Familiarity with government procedures and guidelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance
