Public Health Analyst I
Job Summary
Providing mid- to senior-level data management support, the full-time remote Public Health Analyst I will manage help desk activities, assist users with digital credential acquisition, and maintain user support documentation for the DHQP (Dialysis) Surveillance Branch.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 help desk support for approximately 200 email tickets daily and triage Level 2 support to subject matter experts
- Enroll facilities in NHSN and assist users in acquiring digital credentials via SAMS
- Maintain electronic files and provide SharePoint support, including site management and configuration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, or research
- Previous experience working with government procedures and guidelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance
