Job Summary
To support reproductive health initiatives, the full-time QINCA Coordinator will engage primary care clinicians in a training initiative, organize educational sessions on reproductive health topics, and coordinate data collection efforts to measure project progress, with a hybrid work schedule available after a probationary period.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outreach and coordinate recruitment for a training initiative focused on infertility care
- Organize educational sessions and meetings on reproductive health topics
- Collaborate with the Evaluation Team to coordinate data collection and maintain project records
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, health education, or a related field
- Baccalaureate degree with two years of experience in health-related community work or clinical improvement activities
- Experience working in communities facing health inequities or social injustice
- Strong communication skills for engaging diverse audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and familiarity with data collection tools
